Functional Capacity Assessment Credentialing
A solid system and method of determining functional capabilities for return to work, pre-hire/post-offer, activities of daily living, or medical case managment. Learn the critical methods and determining factors for successfully providing safe and effective capabilities for clients and insurers. No biasing, individualised profile of capabilies compared directly to the established work expectations.
WHO WE ARE
WorkHab International originated as WorkHab Australia in 1996, since then we have grown globally.
In 1998, we were the first FCE company to offer web based reporting of FCE reports using our FCEase system.
In 2010, we did what many thought could not be done. We launched the Beta version of WorkHab On Demand, an online course for learning the WorkHab FCE system.
In 2013, our On Demand services divison was developed to meet the ongoing demand of courses when live courses were not available. This is the fastest growing section of our business.
As this market grew internationaly, so did the need for us to brand our company to match the reach of our international presence. WorkHab International has become known as a brand of excellence. Internationally, the WorkHab FCE system is one of the most frequently used systems. It is the preferred system used by a significant number of Australian Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
The company is directed by the original founder and current CEO, Sam Bradbury (MAOM, ATC, C-EP, CPE). Sam continues to focus on applying the latest exercise physiology research and engineering system principles to develop new testing tools and services for the market space of function based hiring, rehabilitation and return to work.

RESEARCH
We have numerous independent studies completed and published on our system methodology. We have over 32,000 completed evaluations in our dataset; creating one of the largest injured worker population data sets. Currently, we are working on prediction models for preventative strategies and expectations to aid clients, employers and insurers to better understand the injured worker as well as the effects of aging on worker population physiology.
